- To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a damaged or defective painting, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return   or exchange.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
